• Out-of-town consultations, visits, meetings (including travel) $4,800 / day

• Trial (> 4hrs will be considered a full day) $2,400 / 1⁄2 day

• In-court testimony

• Reviews, consultations, preparations on day of trial

• Waiting time for trial and transportation

• Travel & Accommodations Actual Cost

• Transportation

• (driving at $0.50/mi + parking)

• Lodging

• Cancellation of Services requiring travel with less than 96 hours notice $4,800

* Rates will be charged in increments of quarters (hourly or daily)
